I support Natural bodybuilding, because i’ve always believed it’s the only way we can interpretate bodybuilding, real bodybuilding for me, it’s aimed to reach our maximum genetical potential, using all the tools nature gave us and respecting our health and body. Every “performance” is an extremization and consequently unhealthy.
- incredibly low bodyfat levels are unreacheable without the usage of illegal substances, and they create big problems both in man and woman
- the usage of steroids exposes the athelete to huge health risks and its not worth it in my opinion
- extreme diets lead to metabolism problems, and the bodyfat lost is regained almost anytime after a short period of time
- both man and woman need essential fat to keep a normal hormonal production
- Human growth hormone is really popular nowdays in young guys, but it haves huge side effects like enlarging the heart (cardiomegaly) wich means It may not pump blood effectively and can bring congestive heart failure.

- train properly, wich means
- train in the correct form, learning how to do the exercizes and reach maximum neuromuscolar activation, so study the thecnique
- ego weights are just a waste of time, because they have poor form of execution so they are unable to hit the desidered muscles properly
- ego weights can sometimes be harmful
- we also have to train heavy, because stimulations not big enough, don’t stress enough our bodies and muscles, and they don’t give any kind of progress
- train in the correct form, learning how to do the exercizes and reach maximum neuromuscolar activation, so study the thecnique
- eat correctly,
- the right amount of foods and nutrients
- at the right time
- with the right proportions
- avoiding wrong foods, or just having them only once a week
- rest enough
- to give our body the time to supercompensate the workout stressor
- to keep our stress levels controlled and in the useful range
There will be so much more to say about, but this essential 3 points, if well executed are 90% of the work to keep us healthy going towards our dream body goals safely.
